Below are 4US materials to promote and support fundraising efforts at the 4US Flagship event in July. If you have questions or need additional materials for the BEAT or the Flagship Event, please contact Josh Schaan, our Youth Outreach Coordinator.

2012 Posters

Download and print the 4US poster to display at work, the gym or just to pass along to other's who may be interested in registering.  Our poster is legal size (8.5 x 14) so printers at your home, office or church should be able to print it.

Flyer

Download and print the 4US flyer to display at work, the gym or just to pass along to others who may be interested in registering. This file is two-sided; you will need to print the front, then turn your paper over and print the back. This will create two half sheet flyers.

Here is a helpful tip: Experiment with your printer to determine how to place the paper to print the second side. It sometimes helps to draw an arrow on the test flyer. 

Combination The Beat & Flagship Flyer

Great for group leader info and recruitment tables set up at your church, work or school.  This flyer is two-sided and includes the essential info you'll need if you plan to "bring the Beat" on Friday, camp overnight and then "join the rhythm of life" on Saturday.

Cut & Paste Bulletin Inserts

This word document includes 3 concise bulletin announcements which you can customize and cut & paste into your church or school bulletin.

Pulpit Paragraphs

These are three separate paragraphs timed to be delivered in 1 minute or less. Provide them to your pastor or anyone who reads announcements to your church. Feel free to edit them.

Pledge Sheet

You are welcome to download and print the 4US pledge sheet and use it as a tool to involve others in our event and collect pledges. Ask friends and family members to sponsor you per mile or give a flat donation. Use this pledge sheet to track your pledges and donations.

Cash Donation Receipt

Fundraisers should download and print this receipt (4 to a page to save on ink and paper) to collect cash contributions from their donors and to provide them with a receipt. All online donations will receive an emailed receipt as we’ll have the donor’s email address. But many donors don’t give our fundraisers their addresses or email when collecting cash donations so we have no way to mail them a receipt.
