You spoke, we listened.  We cherish our memories of our birthplace in Tacoma, but after five years it was evident to all of us that our unique event had outgrown the beautiful confines of Point Defiance Park.  Based on survey results, our staff researched stellar venues and family-friendly dates to host the best possible flagship event for 2011. 

SATURDAY JULY 30th
Ride, Run, Walk & Fun 4US 2011 -- Fort Steilacoom Park
Lakewood, WA

Ride: 5, 20, 40 or 62 miles
Run: 5K or 10K USATF certified, chip-timed race
Walk: 3K, 5K and 10K walks
Fun: 1k kids run, diaper dash, toddler trot, inflatables, live music, massages and great food.

Fort Steilacoom Park has vast and convenient parking; beautiful trails for safe, swift races; great access to beautiful bike rides into Steilacoom, Dupont and Lacey; a gorgeous main event area with nearby lake and children's playground; and capacity to handle 11,000 participants.  Our date is devoid of major events and historically has the most beautiful weather.  We look forward to a spectacular 2011 event with an initial goal of 2,000 champions.  We challenge you to help us "outgrow" our new confines :)
